Better Than Prozac?

When I first saw this baby eggplant at a farmer’s market, it brought a smile to my face. Veggies may do even more than that when it comes to your well being.

The news is not so good when it comes to scarfing up mini burgers.

A study in the British Journal of Psychiatry suggests that  too many trips to your favorite fast food joint may  increase your risk of depression.

Researchers studied almost 3,500 people and found those who ate lotsa of processed foods were more likely than those who used the whole foods diet to experience depression.

Researchers believe folate in vegetables may help alleviate depression.

Take that, Prozac.
