You expect sugar to show up in holiday delights.

However, you may be surprised to see how wantonly sugar is used in the manufacturing of your favorite foods, ranging from your favorite, obstensively healthy cereal to your go to snack.

  • Sugar is used as a preservative.
  • Sugar is often used to replace fat in low fat foods.
  • Women’s Health reports almost a quarter of our daily caloric intake comes from sweets.

The  really sour news is that you may not even be aware of where the addictive white stuff is lurking in your diet.

Wonder no more.
