A Bento to Honor Martin Luther King

This past weekend I spent time in San Diego with people of African, Asian, European and Hispanic descent. Just the way Dr. Martin Luther King would have wanted. So I made a bento in his honor.

Really. An African-born woman using a Japanese technique to honor an American-born man.

    That looks tasty. What are the letters made of?

      Thanks. The letters are cheddar cheese. I cut them out with my kitchen scissors.
