It’s Vegan in Vegas, Baby

A mango carpaccio, a Napoleon of savory Tofu with ratatouille and fried eggplant, or perhaps your palate yearns for watermelon gazpacho with avocado, jicama, tomato, cucumber adorned with a cilantro and yucca crisp.

Hotelier Steve Wynn is taking Vegas vegan with new additions to menus at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.

I’m always down for culinary options. I remember growing up veggie and how difficult it was for my family to go out and eat.

Other Vegas boites are also following suit including Aria, Harrah’s and Caesars Palace.

So you get five stars from me Steve. And to all you vegans, bon appetit.
