Is Pad Thai On The List?

I’ve always had an affinity for Thai food. Partly because of the use of peanuts in savory dishes.  I was born in Malawi where the cuisine features a lot of peanuts.

Growing up classmates just could not understand how I could eat peanut butter with my greens. They were all about the PB & J.

Now Women’s Health  says you can go all healthy at a Thai restaurant. Peanuts are involved.

So you can bring bling to your plate with a Thai accent. I’m in. At least my fork is.
