Day 1:Bling Without the Kaching

I tried to go all healthy last month. A foot accident kept me from fully reaching my potential.

So take two.

Workout: I walked three miles today

Daily Bread: I ate part of a whole wheat pita and two pieces of cheesecake–and then two whole pita and 1/4 hummus. My bad but it was an uber bizzy day.

Note to self: Do better tomorrow.

Goal: Fitting into an old , er vintage black leather skirt without losing consciousness.
