Day 3: Bling Without Kaching

It was a very, very stressful day. So that means I shoulda been all over working out.

Alas, my groove deserted me. I’m making a promise to myself to get it together this

Workout: Nominal walking

Menu: Pita sammies for breakfast and lunch and hummus for dinner. The sammies were delish and featured red onions and my favorite Middle Eastern spice. There’s nothing that I’m eating that’s bad. I just know it could be better. I need some fruit but have not a chance to go to the grocery store. Think I snack on some cauliflower before I pack it in.

I know I’ll get it together by this Sunday. Promise.

I decided to chart my path on the blogesphere in order to make myself accountable. Alas, so far, it’s not working.
