Day 9 Bling Without Kaching

Workout: 2 10-minute sections of Core Fusion, which I really like more and more each day. The instructions are really good. The movements look deceptively easy, but I want to say “Uncle!” after only a few reps.

Menu:

  • Potatoes stuffed with a mélange of cottage cheese, Panela cheese –one of this week’s food experiments that was on sale–and a dash of sriracha
  • Whole wheat English muffins. Love them.
  • A couple of bananas. I need more colorful  fruits veggies. Need to go to the grocery store.
