Bringing the Bling to Fruits and Vegetables

I love theme weeks–last week I pledged to wear a maxi dress every day.

This month my bigger focus is to make fruits and vegetables more glamorous, in other words I want to declare my independence from fatty, cheesy (and I love cheese), tasteless foods that are good for me–especially when it comes to veggies.

Why can’t they be glamorous too?

I got off to a good start with a zucchini tart featuring a whole wheat crust.
